Submission Payment

We welcome you to submit to our OPEN CALL for artists, our upcoming shows are Vernal Equinox (April 1- June 1) and Summer Reading (June 2- July 15th)
After your payment, you can click on the exhibitions tab, scroll to the bottom and submit your application and images. For help/questions: submissions.nhag@gmail.com
Artist’s both locally and regionally may submit to any of our open calls for entry. We allow up to (4) submissions for members and (3) non-members.

If you have any trouble with the online submission, you can email us: submissions.nhag@gmail.com | and we will provide manual submission instructions.
If your work(s) are selected for the exhibition, an email will be sent to you with instructions with the next steps. Please read our comprehensive show information here.
Failure to follow submission guidelines may result in lost membership or inability to submit work to future shows.
Although we will take reasonable measure to protect works in the exhibit, New Hartford Artisans Guild, LLC is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during transit, exhibition or storage.
All art must be delivered to and removed on the designated dates. Works that are not picked up after 7 days past the pick up date are subject to storage fee’s. Any work left for more than 60 days becomes the property of New Hartford Artisans Guild, LLC and will be disposed of as we see fit.
NHAG, LLC will take a commission of 30 % for members and 50% for nonmembers for all works sold.
