We welcome you to submit to our OPEN CALL for artists, our SPRING EXHIBITION, VERNAL EQUINOX
Please follow these directions and after your payment, submit your JPEG works to submissions.nhag@gmail.com
Attached to your email you must have our submission application and signed agreement. To print click here.
Artist’s both locally and regionally may submit to any of our open calls for entry. We allow up to (5 submissions) submitted via email. Please use a JPEG format. Please make sure images are only of the artwork (and frame if applicable).
For members, submissions are discounted to $15 each and we allow a 5th submission for FREE.
For non members, submissions are $30 each. For information on becoming a member, please visit our website at www.nhagct.art
All submissions must be paid in full before artwork submissions. Use this email and format your subject line to read:
EXHIBITION TITLE | YOUR NAME | QUANTITY OF WORKS | RECEIPT #
TO:
submissions.nhag@gmail.com | attach the above application + your work in a JPEG format.
If your work(s) are selected for the exhibition, an email will be sent to you with instructions with the next steps.
Failure to follow submission guidelines may result in lost membership or inability to submit work to future shows.
Although we will take reasonable measure to protect works in the exhibit, New Hartford Artisans Guild, LLC is not responsible for any damage to or of loss of art work submitted.
We do not have facilities to store art: therefore, all art must be delivered to and removed on the dates designated in the acceptance email. Works left for over 30 days past the pick up date become the property of NHAG, LLC.
NHAG, LLC will take a commission of 30 % for members and 50% for nonmembers for all works sold.
